BECOME A MEMBER:
We realize that some women are uncomfortable with traditional networking, but this is not your traditional networking group. Our membership is designed for women who want more than surface-level networking and business card swapping. Women in our group want real conversations, genuine connection, and a place to show up exactly as who they are. No pressure. No judgement. No need to have everything perfectly figured out.
We believe in authenticity over perfection, connection over competition, real life experiences over status and community over hierarchy. We interact to discuss workplace issues, solve problems, build skills and grow together; professionally and personally.
If you want a space where you can laugh, vent, and learn with women from all backgrounds, you're in the right place. We offer local membership in which women from Louisiana meet in-person. We are also working to launch our online community and you can register to receive an invitation to join at the time of activation.
Additionally, while we encourage connection with other women, we recognize that not all women are ready for group engagement and we respect that. But that doesn't mean that women who prefer silent growth should be overlooked. We offer the opportunity for women to become a silent member who will receive occasional information by email that align with local group conversations and information distribution.
